SGLionMall Shipping Policy​

Delivery Scope​

We currently offer shipping services to all locations within Singapore. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time.​

Shipping Fees​

All orders placed on SGLionMall enjoy free shipping to any address in Singapore, with no minimum purchase requirement. There are no hidden delivery charges.​

Processing and Delivery Time​

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be extended to 3 business days, and we will notify customers in advance if this occurs.​
  • Delivery Time: Once processed, packages are delivered via our efficient logistics partners. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination within Singapore.​

Tracking Your Order​

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery. You can also check the tracking information by logging into your SGLionMall account and viewing your order details.​

Delivery Requirements​

  • A recipient must be available at the provided delivery address to receive the package. If no one is available, our delivery partners will attempt to contact the recipient to arrange a re-delivery or leave a notice with instructions for collection.​
  • Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete, including unit numbers, building names, and postal codes. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.​

Undeliverable Packages​

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons such as an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to resolve the issue. You may choose to have the package re-shipped (additional delivery fees may apply if the issue is due to customer error) or request a refund (excluding any non-refundable items or services).​
